A poster of the former Cepelia pavilion. This modernist building was constructed in 1966 based on a design by Zygmunt Stępiński as part of the Eastern Wall – a modern, neon-lit center of Warsaw. Its steel structure, large glass surfaces, and ceramic tiles featuring patterns by Stanisław Kucharski garnered admiration. For years, it housed Cepelia's main showroom, and today – after extensive modernization – it once again enhances the cityscape, now serving as a modern Empik store.
