Poster number 2 from the Icons of Architecture series features the sports and entertainment hall "Spodek" in Katowice. Designed by Maciej Gintowt and Maciej Krasiński, it was opened for use in 1971. Unique architectural solutions and its distinctive form have made Spodek a classic of Silesian architecture and one of Poland's architectural icons. This incredibly bold structure was created 50 years ago and continues to captivate with its form to this day.
