Poster number 5 from the Icons of Architecture series features Warsaw Central Station, designed by Arseniusz Romanowicz and completed in 1975. Warsaw Central Station was recognized by Swiss architect, critic, and art historian Werner Huber as "an outstanding example of modernist architecture, a pearl on rails," and in 1975, the station was dubbed "Mr. Warsaw." The station is named after composer Stanisław Moniuszko and was designated as a historic monument in 2019.
